Cold Process Soap Workshop
Learn how to make traditional milk soap from scratch. You will see the chemistry involved (saponification) using natural oils, butters, milk and lye.
*You will leave with 2 bars of soap.
*No experience needed.

This is an in-person class

Meat Chicken Harvest Class
(June & November)
Are you thinking of harvesting your own chickens next year?
In the middle of growing out your own birds and not sure how to proceed?
This experience is from live chicken to bagged and ready for the freezer.

You will learn how to harvest, pluck & clean your bird.

Infused Oil class

Walk the forest & field to forage, identify & pick your herbs for your infused oil blend.
This class will led you on an adventure to create your own herbal infused oil allowing you to make medicinal salves.

Whip Cream & Butter Class
Beginning with a jar of fresh jersey milk, I will guide you through the hands-on process of making butter and whip cream from scratch.
*You will enjoy your fresh whip cream and home made butter during your workshop!

Have you ever wanted to make your own yogurt?
How about sour cream?
This workshop shows you how to go from fresh milk to regular & greek yogurt in easy to follow steps.

By the end of the class you will be confident to go home and create your own.

Herbal Salve
Class
Make your own herbal salve from your herbal infused oil!!
This class is a follow-up PART 2.

Sugar Shack Tour

Follow the taps along the sugar bush and learn the process from sap to 100% pure maple syrup.
Tour the sugar shack set-up, collection area, evaporator and experience first hand the joy of being Canadian!
Fill your senses with the warm wood fire, the heavy sweet smell of syrup and the delicious flavor upon your pancakes.
